As seems to be the norm with subcontracted carpark enforcement, add Rugby services to the list of either incompetence or attempted fraud.
I visited 3 days in succession recently, taking the normal entry/exit roads each time. Surprised therefore to receive a notice in the post claiming I had parked there for 3 days continuously.
Of the 6 times I passed the ANPR entry/exit cameras could it really just be bad luck that #1 and #6 were the only times recorded?
After appealing they subsequently withdrew the accusations. Piss poor
