What are the rules for the Tesla mobile app unlocking the car? sometimes it works sometimes not.
It seems that sometimes you have to have the app open on the phone about 25% of the time. most of the time it does not need to be open.
If we just knew the rules of when it will work and when it will not we could open the app when necessary according to the rules.
