So...how do you think this can be fixed? Sanding and painting or new bumper? It is all plastic. Would you take it to a Tesla dealer? 3 month old car makes me sad :-(

There are tons of YouTube videos show how to do a good paint job.

Someone damaged my front bumper while I was parked, a little bit like your,
and I used a can of Tesla matching color from Automotive Touch Up.

That is questionable advice, don't just spray paint it. Look up Chris Fix on YouTube, he will show you how. U can use 10WD -40 which will soften the white paint, then use a magic eraser and all that white paint transfer will come off. No need to paint anything!
