Seat Material

My MY rear passenger seat now has a 1.5" tear....I logged the issue with Tesla's Service team and they estimated / suggested $825 to replace the entire seat...I also took the car to a local automotive reupholstery shop and he said he could fix it for about $200....but he couldn't easily match the existing material....Tesla Service claims they have no idea how to obtain a single square yard of the material? after some digging it appears the vegan leather is made but a company called UltraFabrics https://www.ultrafabricsinc.com....but in calling them they advised I call the "Tesla Dealer"
So now I'm stuck....anyone know of a way to get this seat fabric? in Black FWIW...

You should be able to order just the cover from Tesla. (Though it seems weird that the parts catalog only shows bottom covers for the 7 seater.)

Maybe they only sell that as a whole assembly for the 5 seater?

But you don't say which portion has the tear in it.
