Is it normal for remote Tesla service to ask for car’s location? Don’t they have access to stuff like GPS location? Just curious why are they asking me if they can see it already?
I already have my home address set in app yet he keeps asking for car’s exact location? I don’t understand. Doesn’t he have access to car location in his system? Or is that something Tesla doesn’t show to their employees?

This sounds like you are saying you expect him to push a couple of buttons and know the exact location of your car. I am pretty sure that would be privileged information. If they could just hit a button and tell you "No need to tell me where your car is, I can see its outside of (insert private location here), either you would be throwing a fit, or if not you, just about everyone else would.
