Service location changed

Hey all, can anyone tell my why my service location changed last minute. I just checked it changed from a 10 minute drive to an hour drive away. For the two weeks it was the same, then i checked yesterday and it changed and its hard to get ahold of anyone to help on the app

No note? I have seen this before when certain SoCal locations specialized in a particular model but I don't know that is still happening.

As far as the timing, it is usually due to a real person finally looking at your service request. In my case, I picked Santa Ana in 2021 and as the appointment date became closer, an advisor rescheduled for Lake Forest and said Santa Ana was focusing on the Model 3 at that time.
