How’s everyone’s experience with using the app for service ? Personally I’ve had a couple good experiences (charging port needed servicing twice in 4 yrs) but when things aren’t simple repetitive problems the app model seems VERY inefficient . Wondering if I’m the outlier here or if it has become a frequent thing to spend multiple hours trying to get things right with a rep .
