Supposed to have a service tomorrow. Got e-Mail confirmation. Got notice a part had been ordered. Now the service doesn’t show up in app. Anyone have a similar experience? Anyone know who to contact to confirm a mobile service appointment on the Big Islsnd?

Why not just open another ticket? And when they respond, point out you had one and it disappeared from the app.

Fortunately I didn’t do this. Appointment was cancelled as they have to order a part which isn’t here yet. Notified memory is degraded.

Usually, they leave a work order pending when a part is ordered, and that's the way the inform you your part has arrived and schedule a fresh appointment.
