The customer required maintaining the car’s authenticity as much as possible, so the interior and exterior of the Rolls Royce appear nearly identical to its original form. The Rolls Royce was formerly owned by Johnny Cash. EV Shift bought a stock 2016 Model S to strip it down for parts to add to the Rolls Royce. The modified Rolls Royce contains the Model S electric motor and drive unit, 75 kWh battery, ABS, AC, electric power steering, regenerative braking, traction control, and much more.

Seems like they missed an opportunity to simplify by mating Rolls frame to a Model 3 instead.
Model S is wider than the Rolls, so they needed custom drive shafts and other mods.

Right. Missed that. Very interesting video, surprised this 4 year old project was being outlined in 2020, and that they used a new car for the conversion!
