There just went half of yesterday's gains. I think we'll be lucky if TSLA manages to finish above 209 today if today's selloff continues.

Agreed. I just posted a brief update in my macroeconomic thread for anyone interested in why the market is down today, bringing TSLA along with it.

The important thing is that we are out of the downtrend channel. It was unlikely to break it and go near ATH in the next few days. In my opinion technical pullback potential is to 204-206 range.

Intraday lows. Which as of now, is 207. Meaning TSLA is -11.64 out of yesterday's 14.26 gains and well on track to give it all back and go back into the downtrend.

By the way, support for the upward trend line at 208.70 is broken. At 205.75 we'll definitely be back in the downtrend. If TSLA can finish above 209 today, we might stand a chance of reversing the downtrend.

Absolutely this. In particular, tomorrow after the bell, AMZN reports earnings. I have a strong hunch given recent price correlation that TSLA will move up or down significantly in tandem with AMZN on Friday morning. Now, how to call the AMZN price action...

Additionally given the huge boost we got last week with Weekly Jobless Claims, that number could move the needle a bunch up or down when it is reported again tomorrow morning at 8:30am EST.

My understanding from the article is that it's not as much an explicit effort to discourage, as it is a lack of knowledge and enthusiasm about EVs in general. It seems to be rooted in ignorance and misalignment between dealers and auto-makers.

Yeah - was able to snag a bunch of common at $61 AH thinking the same thing
