I don’t now if i pull out the connector of ac compressor, the car will perform a self test, and if he doesn’t find this equipment, will also stay in this mode? Enable to drive?

Well without any search I did find this discussion right on the first page of Model S section here in TMC. There seems to be similar situation and might give some clue. You did not stated the 12V change data, what type of battery you did put in the car? Also on the service mode, each of the alert can be clicked which will give you the description of the situation.
