smaller winter tires on my 21" plaid ?

I'm looking for options, I want to install winter tires on my plaid's arachnid
I'd like to use narrower tires if possible (cheapers and most importantly, better on snow)

I was thinking about 245/40/21 at the front and 265/35/21 at the back to keep the original balance and accomodate the width of the OEM wheels
Or is it better to go 265/35/21 all round ?

What do you guys think ?

I'd buy aftermarket 19x9.5" +35 wheels and run 255/45R19 all around. TSportline offers some packages with this setup, but you can use other wheels instead. Keep your 21" for summer tires.

You want to make track run’s with winter tires? As suggested, get a 19” rim set with winter tires and call it a day. Look for a tire shop, Tesla is not a tire dealer, they sell car’s.

I have the ceramic brakes from the track pack, that's what I meant so 19' dont fit

You will need wider tires than you mentioned.
The Arachnid rims are also staggered rims.

Maybe a tireshop can tell you which are the smallest tires that will fit these rims.
Note that they already have quite little tire over the rims so going even smaller would be begging for trouble.

i didn't take that into account you are righ, the smaller you can put on 9.5 is 245 and on 10.5 is 265 but the tire will be streched and that's not what you want for a winter tire
