Southern California wheel refinishing

I'm looking for a wheel refinisher in LA or OC that can do the factory grey finish on a Tesla Model S 21' wheel without paint flaws, runs, fish eyes and dirt in the paint. A tire shop scratched the wheels and now they've made a complete mess of them by using a shop that could not prep and paint them properly. They have come back twice with bad paint prep with dirt under the paint, pock marks, fish eyes and runs. Any recs for high quality work for a complete refinish? Thanks,

I Got his info from Van Nuys Service center. He's repaired a couple wheels on my S and my wife's X. Very pleased with the results.
