While perspective is 90% of interpretation (that is, I read your statement as intimating some [unknown] Starlink upgrade is the result of filling a Ukranian person/group's wants or needs), any additional capability from Starlink temporally infeasible. Its at LEAST many many months before the constellation can be augmented to such a degree that any particular new technology will provide materially useful benefit to users.
What is plausible as a function of Vlad's *sugar* show is that a vulnerability to interference has been exposed within the Starlink constellation. We know that historically SpaceX has taken the "huck it up and see what happens" approach to technology evolution, and we know SpaceX has gone full throttle on AJ in recent weeks. So...its not a stretch to imagine that this recent exercise could have resulted in some additional hardware for Starlink sats moving forward. Newsfeed/webforum splashes about the Ukraine notwithstanding, this upgrade would of course be for the constellation as a whole, not for any Ukranian use case.
But again, this additional mass could also be any number of incremental upgrades that have nothing to do with current sociopolitical disasters.
