This mission will carry Starlink Direct-to-cell satellites into a low altitude deployment orbit and from there they'll raise their orbits to operational altitude.

It was an OK viewing experience in San Diego compared to the one a week ago. Sun was a little bit brighter and I think the trajectory was different. Still nice to see. Very clear skies.

Walking to dinner in Long Beach, looked up where someone was pointing a long lens SLR and saw my very first in person StarLink Launch!
