Interesting that they can take all the risks on their Starlink launch. It is their own payload. The cost of those satellites itself is paid off due to the reusability on every launch.

Yup. Re-use of fairings is also a (smaller) risk and they are fine with it for Starlink launches. So many advantages of owning the full stack (in more than one sense).
