A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket will launch the 133rd group of satellites for SpaceX’s Starlink broadband network, a mission designated Starlink 7-11. This group in this shell will be headed to the 53 degree inclination shell at a 525km circular orbit.

At 11:38 in that video, you can see something drifting away from the left side of the booster.

SpaceX seems to be eroding their coverage of Starlink missions. They've eliminated commentary, stopped coverage after SECO, moved to X, and now they're having video dropouts.
For routine missions, yes. There’s better coverage for special missions.
