Spotify Not Loading - Every other service works

Today I went to drive and spotify wouldn't load. Switching to Radio or another source and switching back did not fix it, like it has in the past.

Rebooting the card, twice now, has not fixed it either.

Audible works, the streaming works, everything else works. When I search for a song, it brings results from every app but Spotify, as if its not installed.

If I open spotify on my phone, it shows its playing in my Tesla, when its not.


What is going on? please help.

I have the same issue. My Spotify icon has disappeared completely and I don't know how to access it

same issue here in Europe with my car. 1 out of the 2 times it does not load

My Spotify has been working but then cutting out during songs. Today it did the same but would not recover. Couldn't switch to radio or Bluetooth or anything else. Reboot has fixed it. Definitely an issue since latest firmware update

My car had an update yesterday. I've a road trip tomorrow so will soon find out if it's been fixed

Mine's been doing this since 2024.14.x versions. Often not loading. Sometimes a two button reset will sort it out, but not always. I've raised a service request for it but not heard a lot back yet.

So it's occurred 3 times this morning on my road trop. Was recoverable by pressing the Spotify play button on what I was listening to again. Each time my LTE signal was full

I've raised a ticket about this. Can't get past "loading" followed a minute or two later by "Something went wrong. Please try again later".

There's no way to sign out. I've reset the account (using my personal one) PW, and also signed out everywhere/delete the Tesla oAuth app from my account. Still nada.

Tesla / Elon Musk, if you read this please fix this Spotify app problem.

I got software 20.6.2 update, but Spotify is still cannot working. Tried reset (pressed both steering buttons” twice and nothing changed. Is Tesla going to fix this ?

Mine works without issues now with 20.6.2
