Steering clicking

Hi all, I have a 2 year old Model Y LR which has started making loud clicking sounds when turning at low speeds. Clicking seems to happen regardless of the turning angle and is especially noticable when parking. Has anyone experience before and if so what was the resolution? Have attached a video where you can hear the sound.

Sounds more like creaking than clicking, in which case could be upper control arms. M3 and MY parts very similar but part numbers and spec. can be slightly different. These notes apply to either model though.

Ive seen that this is a very common fault on both 3 and Y when I did some googling. Car still under warrenty so hopefully will be covered
