Debating between 285 or 295 currently.

I wonder if I can fit 285s on my oem 19s. I want to square my setup. I want to be able rotate my tires. The staggered setup eats tires pretty fast. I got about 18k on the original set of pirelli summers. Not bad for summer tires I guess. If i go down to 275s squared I can michellin pilot sport 4 tires. Oem on the taycan 4s. Only thing is the front offset is 9.5 and rears are 10.5. on my 19s. They will fit the rims but look might be funky

One big issue for the staggered is the tire treadwear warranties are cut in half. So if my PS4s don't last 30k miles (they won't) once I go square, I am going to save a considerable amount on tire costs. This is my biggest expense after insurance, though they are close. Energy costs are way down when charging at home.

Do you think going for a square set up can have cause damage. I found a good resource for oem 19”rims to go to a square set up

I don't think there will be any issue assuming you use appropriate tire sizes. Tesla has shown with their track pack you can go pretty big front and rear.
