Steering wheel vibration

Curious to understand if this has ever happened to anyone and/or if this covered under warranty..
I got EAP added back a few weeks ago when it was offered as an upgrade. I purchased it but returned it within 24 hours (I just wanted to test it TBH).
Since that day my steering wheel vibrates when the driver profile changes.

Has anyone else experienced that vibration and would anyone know if this would be covered under warranty? 30k (km) bought may 2019.

Also had a mobile service technician test and suggest it should be covered under warranty. Just need to take it in to a SC.
