Does anyone have any idea what this might be, and whether it might be related to seemingly high energy loss when parked? Approximately 1% of my 85kWh every 8 hours, energy saving ON, always connected ON.

Strange noise when car is parked, off, no HVAC

It's there, you have to turn the sound way up. It's a quiet noise that sounds like there is a broken fan or compressor running.

Anything making noise will use some energy. Does the noise ever stop or does it happen 24/7? I have no idea what that noise is though.

It doesn't sound like the noise I had due to a fan inside the headlight (LED headlights) running when it wasn't supposed to. There was barely any vampire loss from my issue, but if the fan bearings were shot it could have and might have sounded more like your noise.
Take it to the service center, they will easily figure it out.
