streaming problem

1. all of a sudden my brand new model s will not stream music, the circle spins and the screen says "loading" but nothing happens, the rest of the music choices work

Did you try resetting the console by holding the dials on the left and right side of the steering column in for 5-10 seconds? I had this problem occasionally with my original S when it moved between wifi and 3g during a search.
