I was using this service while free and then after the trial expired I paid for the premium subscription. But now I can no longer play a band by name (voice or type search). I can also not add a favorite band/radio from a search. I think this is because I'm not properly signed into Tesla's slacker account. But I can play the standard stations offered up by the interface. So I'm paying for a premium feature but unable to play anything other than Tesla preset stations. Ideas?

I am having the exact same issue! When I search, no artists or titles come up. All I can get are the pre-packed "stations." Before I could ask for a title and it would play it then launch a radio seeded by it. Now, nothing. All I can get is those genre channels. And when I search "Eagles" in artists is says none found. Yet it plays Eagles when I play 70s hits. How to fix it??? No one else having this issue???
