I have never been charged to use a Destination Charger, nor have I seen one capable of billing, so this is likely being offered as a courtesy by Miromar Outlets.

Don't be surprised, although they don't appear to be the WIFI version.

Why do destination chargers make sense here?

it will keep people off the supercharger, if people are shopping or eating for any period of time essentially a destination charger is great, leaving more spaces for people that are in and out let

I have charged there twice and can confirm it works well. However, the 16 (free) destination chargers are not functional on April 23, 2022.

Will the 32 station charger at Miromar Outlets Estero have a Christening? I feel it deserves it based on 16 V3 stalls plus 16 (free) Destination charger stalls. Could this be one of the largest charging stations in Florida? Count me in for an event here.

The Miromar Destination chargers are functional, but only deliver about 2.9 kW for about 7 miles per hour on my new model S. I assume these are for shoppers who spend a couple of hours at the mall. For 3 hrs of shopping, the mall operator is rewarding driver with about $1 worth of electricity. What a cheapskate! See pics of charging the slow and fast ways.
