What does the purple ? On supercharge info mean?

There are two permit found for Fullerton chargers. one has the blue permit status the other has purple?

The purple question mark icon got "Building Review - Not Passed : 01/08/2024." 0% complete in the permit process.

The blue triangle has "Building Review - Passed : 01/08/2024." 1% complete in the permit process.

By the way, I can't find the word "Tesla" in these 2 permit applicants.

The purple question mark icon costs nearly a million dollars at $800,000.

The blue triangle barely made the six-figure at $100,000.

That's a considerable price difference.

Is it because V4 costs more than V3?

Is it because Tesla is cheaper than Electrify America?
