I went by yesterday afternoon, and there has been some notable progress made since the last pictures posted in this thread. The pavement is done in front of the long line of 12 stalls, but not in front of the other 4 that are in the little separate parking section. All stalls have covers on them, but are not numbered yet.

The biggest hurdle remaining is the lack of a transformer. I think it will go where are the cables are coming out of the ground beside the white cabinets.

Transformer installed and humming!

Tested even though no Tesla pedestals were lighted and some still wrapped with black plastic and did not function.
