Good location for all the apartments in that area.

Very cool. I live right by there and walk to that Vons all the time. I've long thought that lot would me a a good Supercharging location.

'My' plan is that the charging stations would be all in a row backed in along Arriba St. facing the front of Vons when parked. Circled in red.

The under-used parking on the East side of Vons is also a possibility. The corner near Leucadia's outdoor seating is another idea, but I don't think that area is big enough for 16.

May or may not be related - but there is some new spray paint markings at the site. There is also some basic fencing up to the right in front of the cars (not in the pic).

Considering the address on the permit is the Papa Johns, the charger will be close to it.
