Interesting location. It's not a parking lot of any sort today, but rather a fenced-in vacant lot for the last three or so years, which used to be fully occupied by a restaurant building and what was maybe originally built as a residential duplex next door. The building looks like it was torn down after about six years of vacancy. Market conditions seem to be tough these days for major construction projects, but I'd expect any lease as a parking lot to temporary.
