This will be great to have as the Albany, NY superchargers are old (120kw) and often crowded with waits on holidays. Also wish they would expand the Colonie Center as 6 chargers there are not enough.
This new location does lack places to eat though! Stewart Shops are not noted for more than grab&go type establishments. It seems there may a Wallgreens and a miniMart down the street as well. Otherwise mostly car dealers, beauty salons and gyms as neighbors.

I drive by this location almost every week. It looks like the beginnings of site work has begun for this new Stewart’s store. The lot has been vacant for some time now. It used to be the location of a rather run-down motel, but that was demolished approximately 9 months ago. But now there is some heavy equipment on site along with what looks like some storm drainage materials. I don’t know how long it takes to build a Stewart’s from scratch, but maybe we’ll have the store/Superchargers by end of year??? Would be nice.
