Tesla recently updated the suspension for Model 3 since the early Model 3 builds had a rough suspension. People have been saying that their early Model 3 builds with the rough suspension are being updated for free out of goodwill. I have an early Model X with similarly rough suspension. All Model X's are air suspension, but I was wondering if anyone has heard of similar upgrades being possible? I'd be open to it even at a cost..

Any idea what has changed with the Model X suspension? Mine is a fairly early 2016 model but I haven't noticed any issues.
I'm not aware of any suspension changes with the Model-X. However, there is an acceleration shudder that develops over a short time, so I suspect that Tesla will eventually have a permanent fix for this. At the moment, they simply replace parts with the same part number, with the expectation that it is only a temporary fix.
