Tail light difference between 2017-2020 and 2021?

Does anyone know if there is a difference? Is there a plug difference that would require an adapter to use?
For instance, let’s say my 2021 tail lights cracked and I wanted to buy a used set of 2020 would it be a simple plug and play or would I need an adapter for it to work? And vice versa?

The main differences to deal with is programming unless you dont mind a bit of spaghetti wiring and soldering.
Service Centers are not inclined to configure refresh tails on an older build date Model 3/Y or the older tails on a newer car.
