you must "buy it for your own use and not for resale".
My question is.
Is it resale the same thing as trade in?
Are you reselling the car just by giving it as a trade in after receiving the tax credit?
I want to trade in my car for a model 3.
but I already claimed the tax credit.
I have understood that I can't claim an ev tax credit for the next 3 years but that is ok for me.
