Tesla Account Completing for delivery

Dear Tesla owners,

I have a little question, yesterday i ordered my new m3 performance and the tesla seller told me to complete my account for delivery. I did complete all the steps that were asked into my account.
So today i got an email from tesla that i can come pickup my new m3 on thursday 1 august, on the email was written that i needed to complete my account with my driver id, payment method, loan, address etc.
The issue that i am having is that i can't find this nowhere. when i completed my account there was never asked for my driver id or to upload documents i find this a little strange.
Could someone help me out here as i want to be sure to be able to pick it up thursday 1 august.

I believe its an automatical reminder, I got that also even though my profile was completed. Dont worry about it.

What find strange when I watch yt videos about people filling out their account the had to fill in their driver id and upload a scan of both sides and such things but when I completed my account it never asked me those things...

You’re logging into the website and not the app, yes? If so, call your sales specialist. Mine had to do something on his side before I could upload all my info to the Tesla site. If you don’t do it, I’m sure you can provide it at delivery but it helps to save some time.

Yes indeed the site not the app, the thing is I wanted to ask for a loan through tesla and they did not ask me any info or documents so how do I know if they did the application for the loan amount and that it got approved I don’t want to arrive next week at delivery day and that they tell me I did not ask for a loan... and what about the amount that I want to pay upfront does this gets arranged on delivery day? that’s my concern

Call or email your sales specialist and let them know you can’t provide pre-delivery info on the site. They’ll take care of it.
