Tesla account?

Hi all

Picking up my SR+ on Thursday, ordered through company lease scheme. When the order was raised a Tesla account was setup, I was expecting to see my vehicle on the web page but it's a very vanilla account and simply has my email address. What do others see? Is it something I need to talk to lease company about?

As you’ve ordered through a lease company the agreement is with them not you so unfortunately the car info won’t be in there!

No, I believe these get assigned to your account when Tesla assign the car to your account when you pick it up

Similar position ordered through lease picked the car up on Saturday and still no car showing via the website.

the app is working fine but account shows nothing. Had to chase up the leasing company today to rectify. I never thought to ask when picking the car up too excited I guess lol

You’ll love it. I bought one without test driving it or even sitting in one.

top tip though scrutinise the hell out of it. Inside is really well put together but no so on the outside so just make sure they capture any issues

Car collected, only minor issues I had to point out were the lack of a type 2 charge lead and no rear number plate. App was enabled once the handover was completed and I could find no issues with the build quality, no panel gap issues or misaligned trim and no rattles on the way home. All in all a pleasant experience and as all have stated, what a great drive!
