Tesla app not connecting after idle period

I still believe it's the app. Several others reported the problem soon after an update late last year or early this year; I can't remember exactly when...
No, the issue is not with the app on Android or iOS. We have two Tesla in our home using one account. A 2018 M3LR and a 2017 MX90D. This issue seem to happen to just our Model X. I would have to disconnect from my WiFi thinking that was the issue. All tried connecting it to a 2.4GHz WiFi singnal didn’t help either.

It seem to happen mostly at at home. Maybe the car was going into a deep sleep because I had sentry mode off at Home. Turned it back on and still can’t connect instantly but you can see the system is running because sentry mode is on the screen.

This issue does not seem to be happening to my Model 3 on the same account with two different iPhones.
