hi all, anyone having trouble logging into the car using Tesla app? Could not log in for about 5 days.

If you locked out your account it sometimes won't tell you. Try to log into the website and see if you account it locked out if so just change the password and then change it back to your normal one.

Edit: Sorry did you mean the app or can't see the car from inside the app?

If you can't get to the car in the app, try checking your WIFI strength if you have it.\ turned on.
I couldn't get the car to respond until I looked at the signal strength on the screen and realized it was only one bar on WIFI signal.
I put an extender in room near garage and all is fine.

I was just trying to precondition and can't connect for the past 30 minutes. I tried logging out of the app and back in but no luck. Will need to use the key card as a backup and no preconditioning on a cold night.

When I walked out to my car, it unlocked with the phone and paired just fine Weird
