How much do you think an official Tesla body shop charges for repairing the dent in the photos?

I was silly over the weekend and reversed into a tow bar. My car is less than 1 month old :( Anyway, I plan getting it repaired, so I asked a Tesla approved body shop how much it would cost. I was surprised by the cost, so I thought I'd start a poll, see what people think ....

Also, has anyone had any experience in self repairing a paint job? Is it easy? Any advice?

Answer (£1416)

Jee that's insane. A guy in Basildon repaired my mates Fiesta that had exactly the same sort of damage, £250. Flawless repair, couldn't even tell.

I'd say you gotta be able to get cheaper, even from a "proper" bodyshop.
