Tesla charging problem HELP needed

I have a 2016 85d that had a very light accident on the front end. no air bags deployed. trying to charge it as is down at 1% and after 10 minuets it says its stopped charging and to shut charging flap push brake and try again.

can any body help on with this problem.

Are you using a known good for charging outlet and cable? If using your cable and a 120V normal house outlet, try lowering the max amps. That's been my only charging issue like the one you are mentioning

Disco ducky. Thanks for your help. I lowered the current down to 5a and that seems to have done the job. Will update in the next couple of days once its finished its charge..
