The Tesla-Cockpit sit has had a SQL error for a few days, are you guys aware and working the issue?

[Win32Exception (0x80004005): The wait operation timed out]

Yes! Sorry for the delay in response, not getting alerts from TMC! We've spend most of July performance tuning and bug fixing. Average page load times have decreased by 90% over that time so please let us know if you are still seeing performance issues.

Also using the help desk within the site and creating a ticket is the best way to get the quickest response.

I'm a software developper current building an app showing you your carbon footprint from driving your car.
To do that, we're building a Tesla "connector" where people can log in from our app and see their footprint related to when the car was charged (and how the electricity was produced, see electricitymap.org).
We basically need access to charging times and volumes.

This API looks great. Could it make sense to have our users log in to to Tesla Cockpit and then retrieve the charging data?
The only thing blocking us now is to get the Tesla Cockpit authentication token based on someone's Tesla.com account.
We'd be happy to feature your system in our app!

Noooooooo, please don’t share any tesla cockpit information with anyone!! Especially our tokens....
