I have the odd situation where I picked up my CPO Model S in October, paid for the taxes and downpayment for the auto loan and was told the first monthly payment would be due at the end of November. Since then, I've not heard anything about the monthly payment. I've called Tesla Finance and left a message and email. I've called TD Auto (which is the lender Tesla Finance used, per Tesla) and they have no record of any transaction. They think the dealer I picked it up from may not have completed some paperwork. I've tried contacting that dealer as well, without success. Has anyone run into this? I've spent a few hours trying to figure out how to make a payment for the car, because it seems like if were not proactive about it, I'd have the car without making any payments. So is there anything else I can do at this point, or should I let Tesla sort it out if they want to get paid?
