Got into an accident October 31sf 2022 and need a bumper replaced. Parts finally came in almost 3 months later January 23rd 2023. 3rd rep changed, and they hardly pick up the phone and won’t email back and finally get a text back after 3 weeks.

Bummer.
But, sadly, not surprising.
We all know to well about Tesla's customer service standards, right?
