Tesla mode Y trunk damaged

Hello today by mistake I pulled in my model Y when trunk was open and it hit the guarage door and had dent.. how much will it cost to replace it with new one and if I request service through app it’s asking do I want to pay by insurance or cash.

Please advice what option is better if I pay cash will it be reported to insurance or if I opt insurance will it bump the premium if so then any idea how much I am a ohioian

You want to replace the whole trunk rear hatch because of a small dent? $5,000 ballpark to replace it. I would go with paint-less dent removal (PDR) in your area for a few hundred instead.
