1500 amps instead of 1600 for V2 and V3. Further, it's the issues with battery degradation that are more important.
It should have been called "P85.5D" instead. You can't compare with V2 or V3 considering the extra amps.
To make matters worse, there's at least one report of an early 2015 P90D that came with a V2. Tesla's own parts sheet shows that the V1 battery was never supposed to be used in a factory-ordered P90DL, it was just for the upgrade, but they did it anyways.

I funny but 3/10’s of a second doesn’t sound like much but that is more than 10 percent slower! Still fast but only 90 percent as fast.Honestly who cares about .3 tenths of a second

it's not the speed, it's the severe degradation in the V1 battery that is the problem. Also, V1 is 1500 amps whereas V2 and V3 are 1600 amps.

that's not to say every V1 suffers from it. Your battery might be just fine. There have been a number of reports on this forum, however.
