How challenging are these to install? Any issues with tire wear with these?

Just pop off the rear wheels and snap them in. Fronts can be done without removing the wheels.

Regarding tire wear no issues, just get an alignment job after you set your new ride height.

Super simple if you are handy, a mechanic can pop these in way faster. LOL
