Tesla MVPA showing negative down payment?

So I'm in the very irritating process of trying to purchase a used MS 2014 P85 and am in the final stages. Supposed to be picking it up on Friday.
I received my final MVPA today, and it's showing a negative down payment of $9,350.50.

It seems they're trying to put an unnecessary finance amount and wanting to refund the "down payment", which, from what I've been reading, will be a nightmare to deal with, just like the rest of this process.

From what I'm seeing, it looks like I should only need to finance $38,649.50, if I have my initial $2,500 deposit applied to the purchase price (which for ease of dealing with them, would prefer).

What do you guys think?

If I could get my SA to answer her phone or e-mail, that'd be awesome.
If anyone has some sort of managerial contact, or number to the general used sales department, I'm definitely receptive to trying it.
I tried calling Sales, but they have to transfer you to your specific SA, who, for me, doesn't answer her phone.

They did a similar thing to me. On my end, I had a preapproval from my credit union up to $50,000 but the car was $38,500 after my $2500 credit card downpayment. Tesla saw the preapproval blank check that said "up to $50,000" and went ahead and put in a purchase price of $50,000 and a downpayment of $11,500. Sure the bottom number of what I owed was the same but now it looks like I paid $50k for the car and I would need to pay taxes on that amount instead of $41,000. Took some going back and forth with the delivery specialist to get the MVPA with all the correct numbers.

Who the hell is working for Tesla?
How is this possible?
Even my 15 yr old daughter would not do this kind of mistakes.
It takes so much time from customer to fix it.
Employees who are done two of there mistakes should be fired. Period.

Veto888, I've been asking that very same question since I started this buying process.
I've worked multiple call center and customer service jobs over the years. If I was mainly doing e-mail correspondence, I could have replies back within the hour for customers, not radio silence for 3+ days.
