Hi everyone,i have a 2017 MX and now i interfere some problems.My car was in service for about 2 days and it has been disconnected from the power .Now when i got it fixed i can't connect the car. Sometimes i can connect it just for a few minutes then it disappears.Please help if anyone knows how.

We are having a similar issue with our 2017 Model X. Just started happening a few weeks ago. Our Model 3 shows up fine. Already tried deleting and reinstalling the app, along with reboots.

I’ve got a service request in, so we’ll see what they say.
 
After contacting Tesla, they recommended that I do a scroll wheel restart, which solved the problem. @gabikentu have you tried that yet? Just hold down the two steering wheel scroll wheels until the main screen goes black. Eventually a Tesla symbol will appear, then the screen will come back up.
