Is there ever going to be a time when Tesla decided to pay attention to we customers who continue to be frustrated in attempting to speak directly to a service tech advisor? While the supercharger network is great talking directly to someone in the service department makes me crazy.

If and when there is serious competition. Until then you have to live close enough to drive to a Service Center and speak to someone..
