An email received today suggested that Tesla were going to listen to customer feedback and that this would be an extensive questionnaire. However the link merely refers to Tesla Financing and resulted in a single tick list accompanied by a comment box.
I explained that if they cared to check, my car purchases have both been with cash not finance so they may find it helpful to put in place a system to validate information within their organisation before sending targeted surveys.
