Everyone from everywhere in the world can take part in them.
Facebook or Google already have started courses like "developing Android Apps" or "Responsive Webdesign" and you can achieve so called nanodegrees.

Courses by Tesla would be amazing. Starting with Physics/Mechanical Engineering/Electric Engineering/Computer science up to special ones about batteries/electric motors/power electronics...

I checked the link, some great courses there. It is truly amazing that quality education is becoming so easily available to people who wish to pursue it.

Tesla team can certainly teach the world a thing or two. The problem is that Tesla people with unique knowledge are too busy learning themselves, breaking new frontiers and have no time to develop online courses.

Also it might be difficult to develop classes for innovation. Maybe some classes on batteries and energy management. Lets hope.

Many employers nowadays develop online courses and training for their workforce, exams and all. These courses are often compulsory as they are necessary for compliance reasons.
